Our Charity Shops
East Anglian Air Ambulance charity specialising in regional air ambulance, air medical transport and emergency airlift services to get you or your loved ones the trusted pre-hospital clinical care needed.

We have two charity shops, one in Ipswich and one in Fakenham.  Both are run by a group of dedicated volunteers, without whom the shops would simply close. The shops are constantly looking for volunteers who are prepared to give a few hours a week to help out.  You don't need to have any shop experience, but that would be a bonus.  If you like meeting people, are confident dealing with money or would simply like to help sort things out in the storage area, we'd love to hear from you.

20 Market Place, Fakenham

Our shop in Fakenham is run by Sylvia Howell, one of our dedicated volunteers.  Without Sylvia and the other volunteers, we would be unable to keep the shop operational and we owe them a great deal for continually supporting us.

Sylvia is currently desparate for volunteers.  If you can spare us a few hours each week, we would be delighted to hear from you.

As the shop is run entirely by volunteers, we cannot guarantee when it will be open, particularly during the summer when our volunteers are on holiday.  It is always advisable to ring before you go on 01328 851455.  The shop normally opens Mon - Fri from 10am - 3pm (closed on Wednesdays) and Sat 10am - 1pm.

We sell good quality second-hand clothes, books, toys, CDs/tapes and bric-a-brac.

Thank you for thinking of us.  All donations are very much appreciated.

Our shop in Ipswich is run by Shirley Willis, helped by some dedicated volunteers.  Without the volunteers, we would be unable to keep the shop operational and we owe them a great deal for continually supporting us.

The Ipswich shop is also in need of volunteers.  If you can spare us a few hours each week, we would be delighted to hear from you.

The shop is normally open from 10am - 4pm except on Saturday when it closes at 1pm.

As in our Fakenham shop, we sell good quality second-hand clothes, books, toys and DVDs/CDs/tapes and bric-a-brac.  If you are a student and have a student ID badge you will receive a 10% discount on clothes from the shop.

Unfortunately we are unable to make house calls to collect your donations - we simply do not have the capability.

Thank you for thinking of us.  All donations are very much appreciated.
