Community Fundraiser – Norfolk & Suffolk
Salary range: £21,840 - £26,907 per annum
Location: Either home based or hybrid working from Norwich Office
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
If you live in East Anglia there is a very high chance you will have seen one of our two lifesaving helicopters airborne, going about their 24/7 mission to save lives in our region.
The dedication of East Anglian Air Ambulance’s supporters, volunteers and fundraisers is the reason we can continue to fund our life saving service. We are looking for a passionate Community Fundraiser to support the delivery of fundraising activity across the Norfolk and Suffolk region.
You will be motivated and focused to seek out further opportunities to engage with and secure income from individuals, community groups and corporates, including ‘Charity of the Year’ partnerships across the region, growing income and activity in line with strategy.
You will develop relationships to provide the very best account management, ensuring the existing high standard of supporter engagement is maintained.
You will be great at networking, building and investing in relationships with supporters, companies, key community decision makers, local groups and membership organisations.
You will work with the Volunteering Team to ensure volunteering opportunities are available through identifying and securing opportunities for EAAA to be the benefiting charity status for community and key events across the region and much, much more!
You will work with the Community Fundraising Manager and Community Fundraising Lead to develop and deliver the community fundraising budget and assist with area strategy.
With excellent organisation skills and with a high standard of internal communications, you will have an ability to manage a varied and busy workload whilst working remotely.
You will be able to drive with access to a vehicle and have a flexible approach to work so that you can support occasional out of hours events.
You will live within our region, have a great knowledge of the area and believe in the work of East Anglian Air Ambulance.
