The Aftercare Team are here to support you and your family post incident. We can help you understand what happened to you before you were admitted to hospital, put you in touch with the crew who treated you, and direct you to other organisations who may be of additional support to you.

We are also here to support families who have lost loved ones, someone to talk to, and where appropriate, answer questions.

The crew really value your feedback, so if you, or a family member was treated by us, we would be really grateful if you would complete our online patient feedback form. We really want to hear your views to help us to improve our service.
