Lottery & Gaming Lead – Acquisition and Stewardship
Location: Hybrid office working from Norwich or Melbourn
Hours: Full-time or part-time
Contract: Permanent
Annual salary: £25,872.35 – 29,567.97 per annum
Proceeds from EAAA’s charity lottery make up 45% of our total fundraising and is crucial to keeping our crews flying and saving lives.
In this exciting role, you will lead on the marketing, delivery, development and stewardship of the charity’s gaming products (Lottery, Raffle and new products) and manage direct marketing acquisition and retention campaigns.
Using your experience in digital marketing and in delivering effective campaigns, you will be proactive in developing existing activity, marketing channels and audiences and ensure all channels maximise their fundraising potential. Drawing on your knowledge of customer journeys, you will identify new propositions and lead on delivering marketing plans for lottery and gaming products, across digital, print and other traditional direct marketing channels.
You will play a key role in supporting the Head of Individual Giving and Supporter Engagement in the daily management of our raffle agency and other team members in managing relationships with our canvassing agency. You will be confident in supplier liaison and management, budget management and financial reporting. The role requires the potholder to have a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
