Annual Salary: £25,872.35 – 29,567.97 per annum
East Anglian Air Ambulance is a regional charity that provides life-saving care across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond. With two state of the art helicopters and a fleet of rapid response vehicles taking our crew of critical care paramedics and doctors to the scene of the incident, to provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care (PHEM). Our membership products raise a significant portion of the funds to keep our helicopters and response services in operation.
You will lead the Membership Team by managing the administration of our lottery, raffle, regular giving, appeal campaigns and new individual giving products as they are developed. You will deliver effective supporter journeys and provide insights into our membership donors, ensuring adherence to GDPR and all other regulatory and legislative guidelines.
A key component of the role will be managing the team’s expenditure budget and will involve setting and reporting on this, therefore experience in budget management is essential. This role offers you the opportunity to draw together your experience of managing a team in supporter care or customer service and involvement in agent liaison, to be responsible for managing our canvassing agency and providing reports on attrition and acquisition of players and regular givers. Competence in CRM systems and experiencing of using Microsoft Office, specifically in providing data analysis and recommendations is essential.
