Anglia One was tasked near to Lowestoft to assist EEAST with a woman in her sixties who suffered a fall. Pilots Rich Anderson and Rob Gleave landed the helicopter in a nearby park. 

Doctor Brendan Fletcher and Critical Care Paramedic Carl Smith gave the patient a full assessment, administered pain relief and packaged her for transport. 

The HEMS team then accompanied the patient to the James Paget Hospital, by land ambulance, so that they could continue to monitor her until she got further treatment.
