Anglia One was tasked to Lowestoft to assist EEAST and fire teams with a woman in her forties who suffered a trauma. Pilots Steve Norris and Allen Gareth landed the helicopter on a nearby playing field. 

Doctor Nicola Wallace-King, Critical Care Paramedic Neil Flowers and Supervisor Doctor Nicola Ebbs gave the patient a full assessment and provided enhanced care at the scene, including administering advanced pain relief and treating an injury.

The HEMS team then accompanied the patient to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, by land ambulance, for further treatment.
