Anglia Two was tasked to Haverhill to assist EEAST with a young child who suffered a medical emergency. Pilots Matt Sandbach and Hal Eriksen landed the helicopter in a park near to the scene.

Doctor James Hale and HEMS Paramedic David Killingback gave the patient a full assessment and provided immediate critical care at the scene including administering medication.

The HEMS crew then accompanied the patient to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, by road ambulance, for further treatment.
