Anglia Two was tasked to Thetford to assist EEAST with a man in his thirties who suffered a medical emergency. Pilots Martin Polding and Dan Mansell landed the helicopter on a nearby grassy area.

Doctor Terry Collingwood and Critical Care Paramedic Gary Spitzer assessed and treated the patient, providing enhanced care. 

The HEMS team accompanied the patient to West Suffolk Hospital by road ambulance, so that they could continue to monitor him before getting him further treatment.
