Anglia One was tasked to Wells to assist EEAST with a woman in her sixties who suffered a medical emergency. Pilots Rich Anderson and Lee Kennedy landed the helicopter close to the scene. 

Doctor Chris Chadwick, Critical Care Paramedic Mark Milsom and Supervisor Rob Major gave the patient a full assessment and provided enhanced care. 

The HEMS team then accompanied the patient to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, by land ambulance, for further treatment.
