Critical Care Paramedic Ben Caine was tasked to Cromer by rapid response vehicle to assist EEAST with a man in his seventies who suffered a medical emergency.

Ben Caine gave the patient a full assessment and provided immediate care before accompanying the patient to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, by road ambulance, for further treatment.
