Anglia Two was tasked near to Letchworth to assist EEAST and police with a man in his twenties who was involved in a road traffic collision. Babcock pilots landed the helicopter in a nearby field adjacent to the scene.

Doctor Patricia Mills and Critical Care Paramedic Liam Sagi gave the patient a full assessment and provided enhanced pre-hospital care at the scene.

The man was then flown to Addenbrooke’s Hospital for further treatment.
