Anglia Two was tasked near to Baldock to assist EEAST with an elderly woman who had suffered a fall. Pilots Eduardo Prato and John Bushell landed the helicopter in a nearby park. 

Doctor Scott Castell and Critical Care Paramedic Neil Flowers provided enhanced care at the scene and accompanied the patient to Lister Hospital, by road ambulance, for further treatment.
