Anglia One was tasked near to Bury St Edmunds to assist EEAST and a SARS team with a man in his seventies who suffered a fall. Pilots Steve Norris and Rob Gleave landed the helicopter on a nearby playing field.

Doctor Chris Chadwick, Critical Care Paramedic Andy Downes and Critical Care Paramedic Ben Caine provided enhanced pre-hospital care at the scene, including delivering an emergency anaesthetic to take over and protect the patient's breathing. 

The HEMS team then accompanied the patient to Addenbrooke's Hospital, by land ambulance, to continue to monitor and care for him until he could get further treatment.
