The critical care team from Anglia Two was tasked to Hoddesdon, by rapid response vehicle, to assist EEAST and Police with a man in his twenties who suffered a fall.

Doctor James Hale and Critical Care Paramedic Andy Bates gave the patient a full assessment and provided A&E level care at the scene including administering pain medication and splinting an injury.

The critical care team then accompanied the man to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, by road ambulance, for further treatment.
