The critical care team from Anglia Two was tasked near to Ely, by rapid response vehicle, to assist EEAST with a woman in her sixties who suffered a medical emergency.

Doctor Joanna Stevens and Critical Care Paramedic Tim Daniels gave the patient a full assessment and provided enhanced pre-hospital care at the scene.

The critical care team then accompanied the woman to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, by road ambulance, for further treatment.
