24/7

24/7 lifesaving service

Saving lives 24/7

From road traffic collisions to cardiac arrests to medical emergencies, our specialist doctors, critical care paramedics and pilots bring the advanced skills, equipment and medicine directly to you or your family, in the fastest time possible.

Aftercare support

Aftercare support

Our care doesn’t end when the helicopter leaves the scene. We’re not just there for the moment of crisis but also for the journey that follows. For patients and families facing the aftermath of a life-changing medical emergency, our Aftercare Team helps navigate the difficult road ahead.

Research and education

Research and education

Our commitment to saving lives goes beyond the care we deliver at the scene. We continue to play a leading role in shaping UK and international thinking in prehospital emergency medicine - driving innovation, education, research, and best practice across the sector.

Community CPR training

CPR training

We attend, on average, 1.5 cardiac arrests each day. When someone suffers a cardiac arrest outside of hospital, every second counts. We can get to these emergencies fast – but not as fast as someone already at scene. It is therefore our goal to train more people in our community in essential lifesaving skills.
