The Hub at Helimed House
East Anglian Air Ambulance is pleased to offer a flexible meeting space for hire for all your meeting and events needs. The Hub at Helimed House is a large purpose-built space flooded with natural light and offers flexible seating options for up to 80 guests. It’s the perfect venue for away days, conferences, meetings, lectures, courses and workshops.

It is a wonderful space to work in as coaches and facilitators. The building is modern and efficient. The space can be configured to meet our needs and the wi-fi and tech integration is amazing. What's included in hiring The Hub?
- Touch screen TVs offering straightforward plug and play presenting.
- Teams calling with class-leading camera and microphone system.
- Access to fast WiFi.
- The room can be set out in a range of layouts including theatre, boardroom, classroom, and banqueting.
- Dividers can be put in place if a smaller room or breakout spaces are required.
- Dedicated event support team.
- A bright and spacious room with large windows and next generation lighting throughout.
- On site parking (maximum 25 spaces) and public transport links.
How much does it cost to hire The Hub?
We have three standard rates for hiring The Hub. All rates are for weekday hires, Monday to Friday.
Full Day Hire (8 hours): Between 9am and 5pm: £315
Half Day Hire (4 hours, 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm): Morning or afternoon: £205
Out of Hours Hire (4 hours): Please contact us for availability and pricing
Lunch and refreshments
We can offer tea and coffee and biscuits for your event at the following rates;
With a Full Day Hire @ £6.50 per person: Unlimited all day refreshments
With a Half Day Hire @ £5.50 per person: Unlimited refreshments for the duration of booking
Buffet style lunches can also be provided with two lunch options currently available:
- The Classic Buffet lunch: Assorted sandwiches, crisps, cake and fruit – £11.95 per person.
- The Enhanced Buffet lunch: Assorted wraps, crisps, dips, savoury snacks such as chicken goujons and mini quiches, cake and fruit – £16.00 per person.
