Location: East of England (Board meetings held in Cambridge and Norwich)

Under the leadership of Chair Sarah Evans, the Board plays a vital role in providing strategic guidance, independent oversight, and constructive challenge to support the organisation’s long-term success.
We’re looking for individuals who are:
Passionate about EAAA’s mission and aligned with our values
Strategic thinkers with sound judgement and collaborative spirit
Keen to get involved beyond the Boardroom – supporting the Executive, engaging with staff and volunteers, and attending events
We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and are particularly interested in people with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
You’ll need to commit around 10–12 days per year, including four Board meetings (in Cambridge or Norwich), committee meetings, site visits, and events.
We’re especially keen to hear from candidates with a strong connection to the East of England, with at least one new Trustee ideally based in Norfolk.
