The Hub: Meeting and Events Space
East Anglian Air Ambulance is pleased to offer a new flexible meeting space for hire for all your meeting and events needs at our brand-new HQ located at Norwich Airport. The Hub at Helimed House is a large purpose-built space flooded with natural light and offers flexible seating options for up to 75 guests. It’s the perfect venue for away days, conferences, meetings, lectures, courses and business breakfasts.
Included in the hire of The Hub is:
- Touch screen TVs offering straightforward plug and play presenting.
- Teams calling with class-leading camera and microphone system.
- Access to fast WiFi.
- The room can be set out in a range of layouts including theatre, boardroom, classroom, and banqueting.
- Dividers can be put in place if a smaller room or breakout spaces are required.
- Dedicated event support team.
- A bright and spacious room with large windows and next generation lighting throughout.
- On site parking and public transport links.
How much does it cost to hire?
We have three standard rates for hiring The Hub. All rates are for weekday hires, Monday to Friday.
Full Day Hire (8 hours) - Between 8am and 6pm - £255.00
Half Day Hire (4 hours) - Morning or afternoon - £165.00
Out of Hours Hire (4 hours) - Between 5pm and 9pm - £215.00
Lunch and Refreshments
We can offer tea and coffee for your event at the following rates;
With a Full Day Hire - @ £4.95 per person - All day refreshment (allows for 3-4 servings)
With a Half Day Hire - @ £3.95 per person - This allows for 2 servings of tea and coffee
Buffet style lunches can also be provided with two lunch options currently available:
- The Classic Buffet lunch: Assorted sandwiches, crisps, cake and fruit - £9.95 per person.
- The Enhanced Buffet lunch: Assorted wraps, crisps, dips, savoury snacks such as chicken goujons and mini quiches, cake and fruit - £12.50 per person.
