Take on the 100, 60, or 30-mile ride to save lives in our region. Starting from The Forum/City Hall, cycle through the Norfolk countryside, passing the Broads, through charming market towns, and on the longer route, round the coastline before a triumphant return to the finish at Chapelfield Gardens, where food, drink, and a medal await in the heart of the fine city.

Frequently asked questions

Start times are for guidance and to reduce possible congestion. If you need or wish to change your given start time, there is no need to contact Bike Events.

Pre-registered riders can check their booking details in their online account area for their individual start time.

Riders will be set off in groups at 30-second intervals.

For the 30 mile route the minimum rider age is 12 years and on the 60 mile route is 14 years.

All riders under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult over 18.

For the 100 mile route the minimum rider age is 16 years.

ALL riders aged 17 years or under MUST have a signed parental consent form.

16 and 17 year olds may cycle unaccompanied.

A road bike is recommended, but a hybrid or mountain bike with narrow tyres is also suitable.

Yes, all riders must wear a helmet. A selection of helmets will be available for purchase on the day.

It’s recommend that all riders have both bike and personal liability insurances as we cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft of your bike or personal items or personal liability

Do not take part if you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms. The ride follows Covid-safety advice from the Government and British Cycling.

Yes, GPX routes are available after online booking.
