      Guests can bring up to 10 items of clothing which are clean and on hangers. Accessories can also be brought too. Everyone will have the opportunity to take away the same number of items they brought to the event.

       

      This is an excellent way to clear out your wardrobe and get a great new look at the same time! After the swap, additional items may be taken for a cash donation. Anything left over will be donated to EAAA.

      There will also be a raffle during the evening, so you may have a whole new wardrobe and a mystery prize too!

    1. 23rd Codpock Motorcycle Show, Ipswich @ Trinity Park
      9:00 am – 5:00 pm

      Bike showEast Anglia’s premier Motorcycle show have chosen to support us this year. They will be holding collection boxes for us and an EAAA representative will be there to speak to and answer any questions you may have about the charity.

       
      Attractions include world famous ‘White Helmets’ riding their British millennium triumph 750cc bikes, Ken Fox’s ‘Wall of Death’, Motoball, a new marquee for ‘for all things custom’ as well as guest of honour Henry Cole.
      The EAAA team will be there with a promotional stall selling merchandise.

    1. Open Art Studio Event, Smallburgh @ Smallburgh Village Hall
      10:00 am – 5:00 pm

      shutterstock_132622637This Open Studio will be selling paintings and cards, a bring and buy, art books and art materials. There will also be a raffle and prizes for lucky winners.

      Everyone is most welcome and there is no admission charge.  This is a biennial event and this year the studio is raising money for EAAA.  In the past the studio has raised over £1000 for other charities.

       

      Known as the Smallburgh Six, they are “an exclusive and creative band of six like minded ladies who gather in Smallburgh on a weekly basis to vent their artistic frustrations. Great camaraderie between the six enables each artist to retain their individuality whilst extending the boundaries of their own development –
      this weekend the fruits of their labours will be on display for your pleasure!”

      So please come along and support the Smallburgh Six, while raising valuable funds for EAAA!

    2. Art Fun Day, Bedford @ Seasons Garden Centre
      10:30 am – 3:30 pm

      shutterstock_17456431This fabulous fun day will let you explore your artistic skill, all in aid of EAAA. Please come along and enjoy yourself while splashing into your creative side!

      To book your space, please email Sue Driver or give her a call on the above email and telephone number. It’s is best to book first so Sue can make sure she has enough space to accommodate those who would like to attend.

    3. Bucket collection, Luton FC @ Luton Town Football Club
      2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

      shutterstock_coins money £The Bedfordshire office  has been granted permission for a bucket collection during the 2014/15 season at  Luton Town Football Club.

      We will be in attendance  at a match on Saturday 11 October 2014 when Luton Town are playing Southend United.

      The bucket collection will take place between 2-3pm.    All monies raised from the bucket collection will go directly to EAAA.

    1. Sponsored Horse Ride, Old Warden @ Southill Park
      8:30 am – 12:00 pm

      British horse society_eventEAAA and BHS will be sponsored by this charitable horse ride near Old Warden.

      It is either 5, 10 or 15 miles on private tracks, headlands and parkland. There will be very limited roadwork.

      It is by kind permission of the Whitbread Farms Limited and Charles Whitbread that this sponsored ride is possible.

      To reach Southill Park, come off the A1, 4 miles west of Biggleswade or off the A507, 2 miles North of Shefford.

      shutterstock_vintage antiqueNorwich Fleamarket is a huge antiques fair that sells all sorts of goodies. There will be plenty of antiques on sale along with collectibles and retro pieces – so come along and have a look and see what you can find!

      There will be a cafe at the event too so you can have a coffee while browsing the antiques.

      The money raised will be going to several charities, including EAAA.

      The perfect event for any motorsport enthusiast! There will be live demonstrations with both motorbikes and cars, free passenger rides and car and motorcycle club stands which will sate any car enthusiast’s knowledge!  The EAAA crew will be there too with lots of exciting new merchandise to purchase and literature to take away.
