    2. Gamlingay Show, Gamlingay @ Gamlingay Village College
      1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

      shutterstock_144326929EAAA will have a promotional stall at the Gamlingay Show, so please come along and support us!

      There will be many competitions to enter, such as photography and vegetable growing. There will also be a licensed bar and plenty of entertainment for the children, ranging from crafts to trampolines.

    3. From Opera to Broadway, Gorleston-on-sea @ NR31 6PP
      7:30 pm – 9:30 pm

      Ben Gorleston 1At The Gorleston Pavilion,  Ben Lake who has had an excellent career in Broadway and the West End will be performing for the evening in aid of EAAA.

      Please come along and listen to this excellent performance! It’s all for charity and Ben’s transition from Opera to Broadway will be a great to listen to.

    1. Reepham Super Series, Whitwell and Reepham (all-day) @ Whitwell Station
      Sep 21

      event_bicycle cycling This super series will really test your winter training with this early season sportive by cycling 35 to 70 miles!

      All in aid of EAAA and the preservation of Whitwell station, please donate to keep Whitwell’s steam engine running and help those in need in East Anglia.

       

      There will be lots of photography on the day, with free drinks and snacks at feed zones. There will also be full route marking throughout the series.

      There will be a first aid center available at all times for the competitors, and at the end of the race you will be given a finishers medal and a goodie bag!

      7:30 pm – 11:45 pm

      shutterstock_126023555A casino night has been arranged by Cedars Hotel with a portion of donations going to EAAA. There will be a buffet at 9pm for you to sink your teeth into! All gambling is for prizes, not cash.

      shutterstock_153202004EAAA will be holding a promotional stall at the Great Gransden Show, so come along to support us!

      There will be plenty of horses and ponies, cattle and sheep to see, as well as a dog show and pigeons. The children will have a great time!

      There will be refreshment facilities and trade stands available.

    2. September Swing Charity Ball, Thorpe Wood @ Holiday Inn
      7:00 pm – 11:45 pm

      September swing_eventEAAA and Peterborough Minster Rotary Club invite you to our September Swing Charity Ball.

      We will be joined by The Polka Dots and their six-piece Dashes band, singing songs from the 40s and 50s while you enjoy a three-course dinner and welcome drinks reception.

      During the evening there will be a raffle and an exclusive money-can’t-buy auction. The theme is black tie, and the evening will start at 7pm.

    3. Super Swing Dance, Loddon @ Jubilee Hall
      8:00 pm – 11:45 pm

      Loddon DanceCome and support EAAA at this live performance by the Super Swing Big Band for a night of fun and dance in the style of the 40s!

      Please come along and enjoy this evening, it’s all for charity and we guaranteee you’ll be swinging yourselves into the past at this lovely event.

    1. Coastal Bike Ride, Peterborough @ Starting at PJ Care in Bretton
      9:00 am – 6:00 pm

      _DSC0910This is a coastal motorbike ride starting in Peterborough and going on to Hunstanton at The Green. This will be via Cromer and Fakenham.

      There will be a £5 donation per biker but any more donations will be welcome.

      shutterstock_vintage ladyIf you would like to purchase a ticket or have any enquiries please call or email Hannah Bennett on the above contact details. All proceeds raised will be given to EAAA.

      Guests can bring up to 10 items of clothing which are clean and on hangers. Accessories can also be brought too. Everyone will have the opportunity to take away the same number of items they brought to the event.

       

      This is an excellent way to clear out your wardrobe and get a great new look at the same time! After the swap, additional items may be taken for a cash donation. Anything left over will be donated to EAAA.

      There will also be a raffle during the evening, so you may have a whole new wardrobe and a mystery prize too!
