- Donations of £175 or more made to East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) qualify for the opportunity to have a name included on one of our helicopters, subject to availability.
- The inclusion of a name is provided as a form of recognition only and has no monetary value.
- Names will be displayed for a period of up to two years.
- Names are added in order of confirmed donations and are subject to available space. EAAA cannot guarantee placement on a specific aircraft.
- Each name must not exceed 35 characters and must not include special characters or symbols.
- EAAA reserves the right to refuse any name that is considered inappropriate, offensive, political, commercial, or otherwise inconsistent with the charity’s values.
- EAAA reserves the right to close this opportunity once all available name spaces have been allocated.
- EAAA reserves the right to remove names if operational, safety or maintenance requirements make this necessary.
- Gift Aid may be claimed on eligible donations in accordance with HMRC guidance.
