EAAA is proud to be recognised for the second year running as a finalist for Best Employer in the Norfolk Business Awards. After what’s been an incredibly tough year for everyone, this is fantastic news for all EAAA staff, and testament to our incredible supporters, without whom we wouldn’t be able to exist.
Sarah Atkins, Head of HR at EAAA. said: "At East Anglian Air Ambulance we strongly believe that, aside from our incredible supporters, our staff are our greatest asset. Therefore, we are committed to not just making EAAA an excellent place to work but looking after our staff as much as possible. We don’t just focus on ensuring our employees have the right skills to do their jobs, but want to ensure our staff are happy, supported and know that they personally contribute towards keeping our crews operational and saving lives. Therefore, to be a finalist for Employer of the Year, and to have EAAA’s culture recognised in this way, means a huge deal to every single person at EAAA. It really is a team effort and, like all businesses this year, we’ve had a lot to deal with and adjust to, and ensuring everyone still feels connected and able to do their jobs has been a huge priority of ours.”
