EAAA Statement: 2020 Events Announcement

East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) has made the difficult decision to cancel its Only The Brave and Trek 24 events scheduled for later this year.

Only The Brave had already been postponed to October and the Trek 24 events were due to take place in September.

Our main priority is the health and safety of our patients, staff, volunteers, supporters and wider community, and we have taken this decision considering the ongoing need to observe social distancing.

Refunds

We will start automatically issuing ticket refunds from 25 May. If you would like to donate your ticket fee, thank you. Please fill in the form at the bottom of this page and our team will be touch. 

If we haven’t heard from you by 25 May, you will be issued a refund by default.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to attendees and send our very best wishes to all who are being affected by this virus. If you would still like to take on an individual challenge on behalf of East Anglian Air Ambulance, we’d love to hear from you and help support your goal with advice and fundraising resources. If your supporters have donated via JustGiving and would like a refund on their sponsorship donations, please email info@eaaa.org.uk with your full name and JustGiving link. 

If you would like to leave your sponsorship with us as a donation, you dont need to do anything. Thank you for your support!

2021

Once we have confirmed our event plans for 2021, we will be in touch about priority access to tickets for those who signed up for our events this year. We are really excited to share these plans with you first in the future and hope you will join us again!
