Cardiac Arrest

10 August: King’s Lynn


Anglia One was tasked to King's Lynn to assist EEAST with a man in his forties who suffered a cardiac arrest. Babcock pilots landed the helicopter at the scene.

Doctor Mark Clayton and Critical Care Paramedic Rod Wells provided enhanced pre-hospital care, including delivering an emergency anaesthetic.   

The HEMS team then accompanied the patient to King's Lynn Queen Elizabeth Hospital, by land ambulance, for further treatment.
