Road Traffic Collision

19 February: Lowestoft


Anglia One was tasked to Lowestoft to assist EEAST and police with a man in his sixties who was injured in a road traffic collision. Pilots Steve Norris and Rob Gleave landed the helicopter in a nearby car park.  

Doctor Chris Chadwick, Critical Care Paramedic Luke Chamberlain and Supervisor Doctor Zoe Smeed assisted the EEAST team in helping to assess and treat the patient and administering pain relief.

The patient was then taken to James Paget Hospital by the EEAST land ambulance team for further treatment.
