A region ready: 100,000 people CPR-trained with East Anglian Air Ambulance

This Restart a Heart Day (Thursday 16 October) East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) has announced that 100,000 people have been trained in lifesaving CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) skills by the charity. This marks a major milestone in EAAA’s mission to empower communities and improve survival rates from cardiac arrests in our region.

After 18 memorable years flying HEMS missions with EAAA, we bid a fond farewell to Captain Steve

East Anglian Air Ambulance’s (EAAA) longest serving pilot, Captain Steve, steps down from his role flying Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) missions with the charity. Captain Steve, who is also the second-longest serving HEMS pilot in the UK, has been flying EAAA HEMS missions for 18 years.
